On Friday night we went to grab some hot chocolate with the Bindras at Starbucks. I just want to apologize to everyone in that Starbucks for the noise and chaos that we brought with us! We drove to see Christmas lights and the twelve days of Christmas! Somehow Jenny and I ended up in a van with just Lainey and Lily. The Dads got the 4 youngest and loudest ones. It was a lot of fun!
Saturday, Lainey and I went to go see The Nutcracker with Nancy and Gracie Pigeon and Lacey and Addie Bone. The girls got dressed up in their Christmas dresses for the occasion. We grabbed lunch before and then headed to the Dallas Ballet Center's performance. It was a great show! Lainey's favorite part was the mice! Thanks Nancy for organizing this for us.
Today, Gobby and Diddy Daddy came for a short visit! I didn't tell the kids about it so it would be a surprise. Then about 3 minutes before they got here I was talking to Rob on the phone and said, "Dennis and Sherry are coming in a minute." Then I heard Rhody say, "Bo! Gobby and Diddy Daddy are coming!!!" Oh well! The kids were so excited to see their grandparents!
We played lots of football outside. The boys were in heaven! Gobby was all about the tackling. Here she is with her boys!
